About Me, Us, we... whatever?

I am a recent college graduate from Kansas State University. I studied Interactive Media- which basically means I know how to use photoshop and illustrator. I taught myself how to sew after taking a costuming class and am currently sewing for the dolls to make ends meet while my husband and I beef up our portfolios. If you are curious, yes I am the same Batchix who did KiSSdolls and Kamishibai a few years ago.

I got my first doll, Ghaleon, in Febuary 2004. My best friend introduced me to the dolls and until I saw Shiwoo I didn't want a doll. If you want more information on the Ball-Jointed Dolls please follow see Den of Angels Forum. I have always collected dolls, especially boy ones because I used to hate Ken dolls so much. When I found the BJDs I thought they were the most perfect dolls ever, but I couldn't afford one. Kat helped me pay for my doll and then I eventually paid her back with the money I earned sewing for him.

I really just enjoy creating. Wether it's writing, designing, sculpting, 3d modeling or sewing, it's just fun to create things that haven't been before or that are out of my reach.
